Magic Arena is one of my favorite games, blue is my favorite color and I know I'm not entirely happy with Magic. This means that I am well versed in colors and I want to share some of my knowledge and thoughts on this subject.
Having said that, it's hard to quantify what makes a card one of the best, so this list may differ from yours. But before we start there are a few things to keep in mind, this list will be designed with history in mind, there have been so many great blue cards in the past that limiting it to too standard seems like a waste. This will be based on factors such as cost, performance, capacity, strength/resistance and value generation.
It should be noted that this is not a general list. With that said, let's get to the bottom of this list, shall we?
